My wife got her Apple Watch on April 24th. Since then, I’ve seen a
huge drop-off in her *direct* use of the iPhone. She’s either using her Apple
Watch or her iPad Air 2, and on occasion her MBPro.
I got my Apple Watch 5 days ago. I realize now that my iPhone has
become my portable server. The iPhone is still an indispensable component, of
course, but the Apple Watch is a paradigm shift.
Yes, we will continue to upgrade our iPhones for all the obvious
reasons, but it’s really amazing how Apple got it right with the Apple Watch.
