Kevin:

Wunderlist is a fine list and to-do application for Mac and iPhone that
purports to have an Apple Watch app. I returned to Things after using
Wunderlist for a while (pre-Apple Watch), so I cannot say whether the Watch app
is any good. But It is worth a try!

Best wishes,
Clint
