Hi Kelsey, if you tell them where the accessibility is, at the phone place yes 
they should be able to do this for you it all depends on how helpful the 
Verizon store is that you go to. You would be able to judge that better than 
anybody probably on this list. As each store has different employees. So and my 
personal opinion, go where you feel most comfortable and the same thing for 
your touch ID.
