I think it was the iOS 11.4.1 update that caused my iPhone to start issuing an alert every time I connect the charger to it when it's locked:
"USB ACCESSORY - Unlock iPhone to use accessories" Same thing when I connect it to my MacPro. When I unlock the phone, it then starts charging. Kind of a hassle to have to unlock the iPhone just to charge it. And it's an Apple charger/cable that I've always used. Is this new rule to prevent "rogue" USB devices from attaching? It can't tell the difference between an Apple charger and a USB device? Or is this half-baked until iOS 11.12? -Carl _______________________________________________ iPhone-talk mailing list [email protected] http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/listinfo/iphone-talk
