Thanks Ishan!

I've tried a few on the iPod touch: the iTunes and YouTube ones work for me,
but not Maps (not surprising, no application).

Any ideas on what I should try to get the protocols to actually do something
more than launch the apps?

Raffaele, google has some automatic filtering for mobile devices that is
keeping the links on your page from showing up on iPhones. They should be
active here: http://appmarks.com/main/?q=node/12

Erica, looks like itunes, youtube and maps protocols open their respective
applications but don't actually go anywhere (itunes and youtube complain they
can't access youtube/music store once launched and the maps application just
shows the last used map, but this could be just because the test URL isn't
properly formatted for these protocols). Note that maps://88,44 is ignored but
maps:// opens the map application. The others generate errors.

Best,
Ishan

I put up a page on google pages (http://raff367.googlepages.com/iphonstuff)
and they don't even show up as links :(

Also, some of those links (the tel*) were already present in previous versions
of the software (and they didn't work neither). I suspect they are internal
URLs that only work when used between applications.
