Don't hold your breath on having me give you VOIP. Attempting to record (through either headjack *or* connector) makes the iTouch go crashy crash crash.
On the bright side, playback both through Safari and the command line works great. If only I could figure out how to bypass the lack of local file access with Mobile Safari.
