yes, it'd be easy for someone to "fish" for links that contain tel:. Guess a simple way to prevent it would be to construct the URL with some simple string concatenation... sorta like url="te"+"l:"+"1-"+"40"+"4-"+"867-"+"530"+"9"... while not perfect, it'll at least slow them down.
