A link like
http://maps.google.com/maps?q=1049+Grandview+Ave,+Columbus,+OH+(Jack's%20+Office)
used to pop a pin and locator in the Google maps iPhone app with
'Jack's Office' as the name of the location...since 1.1.3 it seems now
the location NAME given is the address ("1049 Grandview Ave, Columbus
OH") in the example above...the 'Jack's Office' part is ignored.
If you pass it a URL like
http://maps.google.com/maps?q=33.775050,+-84.366150(Whole Foods
midtown)
You get a pushpin with
+33º 46' 30.18", -84º 21' 58.14"
on it. This tends to be way less useful than the old behavior.
