Lee, I believe that all input types of button or submit will be square by default. I don't know if it is possible to change this via CSS. Also, the iPod Touch does not run the exact same version of Safari that you can run on your Mac or PC, or even within the Aspen Emulator. There are some things that will only render and work on the iPhone, though I don't know of any formal list. QT Embed tags, for example, have only worked for me on an actual iPod Touch or iPhone and not within the SDK emulator.
