I found this downloadable source code from the book above. It might be helpful for those new at this. Its based on the iUI. http://www.wrox.com/WileyCDA/WroxTitle/productCd-0470251557,descCd-DOWNLOAD.html
Just click on the HTTP | FTP, download it and upload it to your server. It should work without doing anything. I hope it helps.
