I have an HTML document that has a sentence that has "2005-2006" in the body of the text. On the desktop, it appears normal. On the iPhone itself, it appears as blue underlined text like a hyperlink and if you tap it, you get the dialog of "20052006" with a cancel and a call button. These are a date range and not a telephone number. What can I put in the HTML document to prevent the date from being blue underlined text (hyperlink)?
I repeat, it is NOT a hyperlink in the document. It only appears as this on the iPhone like it is a telephone number.
