if I understand, you mean that you have a div with overflow:scroll
that does not behave on the iPhone. I think this kind of div may
scroll if you use two fingers instead of one.

nevertheless, I the behaviour I see on the iPhone is an empty screen
and a broken element where the div should be. it seems you have bigger
fish to fry.
