Not via javascript...Apple have not provided any Javascript to Core
Location API.

However Philippe Furlan has developed SearchQuest which is an app that
runs on the iPhone and will respond to a web a request and then return
the GPS info (I believe that is how it is going to work). So your web
app can request this information as and when it is needed.

Phillippe indicated it would be available free when the App store
launches.
