If you're looking to generate JPG or PNG images on the server-side,
check out ChartDirector from http://www.advsofteng.com/.  You can
produce pretty impressive looking graphs, and they support a wide
range of languages.  This should be much easier to do than capturing
images from a Flash-based approach.
