Just try your pages using any standards-compliant browser such as Safari 3, Opera 9.5, or FireFox 3 for Windows. If you've got _javascript_ logic problems, use the Aptana Firebug plugin with Firefox. It's what I used to debug my IUI web app. After that, then you'll want to borrow an iPhone to correct for Mobile Safari's peculiarities and deal with how the gestures interface changes event handling.
