Arun, If you have downloaded the SDK, then all the resources are there for you on the iPhone Dev Center. Would suggest you check out the videos first....and then check move onto the documentation.
as this is a Web Development list I have to assume you are doing web development so really all you need to know is HTML, CSS, Javascript. You could take a look at some of the iPhone Web Frameworks out there...or indeed have a look at Apple's tool - DashCode. HTHs. M.
