It depends on your needs but you should either use iwebit or
webapp.net
Iui is just outdated. It is buggy and seems weakish to the user.

Webapp.net is a much better but complicated iui styled framework. If
you need advanced feutures out of the box use this.
Iwebkit is simple HTML. Such makes it the easiest way. And it also Is
the most leightweight pack. If you need an advanced website you would
have to build it in yourself.

It depends on the site you want to create.
