RobH, yes I must admit that even if there are licence informations in
framework packages, they are sometimes (often) unclear.
If you have a specific question about a given licence (GPL3/BSD) you
can ask but it is a bit off topic.

About new BSD licence, for me (I may be wrong), you can use it at no
charge as long as you respect the licence which mean that you have to
provide the full licence informations to the client. A web site can be
view as a binary even if most the code is in clear form. Don't know
how. If someone else can share his feeling on this?
