There's plenty of tutorials and setup info in the portal.
One important thing I discovered after days of mucking around is to make sure that the information entered on the portal is EXACT ly the same as the details entered on your development system, especially keychain stuff. Even if case is a little bit different (i.e. "Xilo Online" is different to "xilo online") the installer will through a (rather ambiguous) error and you won't be able to get your apps installed to your device./s Cheers!
