Apple is very concern about the app quality. This is why the reviewing
process is lengthy and tough.

Some apps receive very poor rating due to the developer's primary
focus is on advertising something else rather than giving the app
users want to use.

I am not ready to get poor rating for helping something else. I will
insist of doing it right according to Apple's standard and best
practice.

I can't tell if this guy will have the right approach or not. It is
coming down to design and implementation.
