Thanks for your reply. I tried to change the sections and surround them in divs and move the id's to the div's as you suggested, but this hasn't helped. The problem still exists.
The iUI samples even use ul's for sections/pages (see the music.html example). As far as I can tell the toolbar is fairly standard. My css/js for the toolbar is very similar to the original iUI code.
