Here's my spinning wheel slot machine alike control for webkit for iPhone. The code (MIT licensed) tries to resemble the native PickerView (UIPickerView) control.
http://cubiq.org/dropbox/sw/ The demo works on the simulator and on the iPhod (iphone/ipod touch :) ), but not on safari nor any other desktop browser. The good news is that probably it can be also ported to android (with some modifications).
