First of all you need to have Mac os as a main operating system , then go to apple website " http://developer.apple.com/iphone/ "and download iphone apple sdk, install the SDK . this SDK contains Xcode program it allows you to right objective-C code and run it using the simulator which 100% like the iphone. you can test you application there if you are new to these stuff its good to read some tutorials before going on.
