I'm not ready to ban Sam, but I do think it is time for this thread to stop. My apologies for encouraging Sam to post information to the list in the first place. The original question was about developing "a streaming audio content app for an iPhone" and "doing so with a web app vs the iPhone SDK" -- which is definitely appropriate for discussion on this list. I, originally, thought Sam was going to provide information about tools for iPhone web development on Windows. That is why I asked him to post to the list rather than privately. This is not a list for discussion about jailbreaking or pirating iPhone apps. Issues of legality aside, it's not what this list was created for.
