Hi,Is there a way to have two way communication with Google Maps? What I am trying to do is, allow the users (with GPS disabled) to browse the map and drop a pin to a particular location and that location information is sent back to the web application.
The other way works fine. That is, if the user has GPS enabled, then the web application can location the co-ordinates and drop a pin on the map. The background is, to allow users to post there corrent location on a website, which does into the database. There will be two ways to add that information. One is - User Current Location (using GPS) Second is - Add your location manually. In the second method, I want to allow users to use a map and drop a pin to define the location.
