Hi everybody,

Even though I've been a long time reader of this group, this is my
first post. I'm a frontend developer and currently working on a iPhone
webapp as a hobby project. The app is called MediatankController and
is basically a remote for NMT based media players. During the
development of this app I ran into a number of problems and luckily
also found solutions to those problems. To get an idea of the

Because I thought it would be beneficial to other webapp developers I
decided to share some of the knowledge I got during the development of
