Hi everybody, Even though I've been a long time reader of this group, this is my first post. I'm a frontend developer and currently working on a iPhone webapp as a hobby project. The app is called MediatankController and is basically a remote for NMT based media players. During the development of this app I ran into a number of problems and luckily also found solutions to those problems. To get an idea of the complexity of this app, take a look at the screenshots in the following forum post: http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showthread.php?tid=20073&pid=245634#pid245634
Because I thought it would be beneficial to other webapp developers I decided to share some of the knowledge I got during the development of my app. Today I posted the third instalment of iPhone webapp 101 on my blog and I plan on writing at least 5 more about some more advanced topics. The articles so far are: iPhone Webapps 101: Getting Safari out of the way http://rakaz.nl/2009/09/iphone-webapps-101-getting-safari-out-of-the-way.html iPhone Webapps 101: detecting essential information about your iPhone http://rakaz.nl/2009/09/iphone-webapps-101-detecting-essential-information-about-your-iphone.html iPhone Webapps 101: make your buttons feel native http://rakaz.nl/2009/10/iphone-webapps-101-make-your-buttons-feel-native.html Cheers, Niels Leenheer http://rakaz.nl --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "iPhoneWebDev" group.
