Maybe I understood it wrong. For clarity are you using iUI ? With it you can
do a click barrier easily. Its implemented with the new events introduced in
iUI 0.40.

The code Pete suggested will only work if the webpage is loaded via an icon
on the homescreen, right? That wont fix your problem in 90% of the daily use
I would guess.
