I created my own theme (using the included ipdc theme as a starting point), and seem to be hitting a roadblock in moving the toolbar down about 45px to accommodate a banner for my mobile app. I've even tried copying the toolbar css declaration from the main iui.css file into my theme css to override the positioning, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone had any success with this?
