It would be nice to develop easily with the webkit extenstions and us the .net 
controls.  I will just have to ignore the errors generated.

One possibility is to try the Google "Chrome Frame". It allows the use of Google Chrome's WebKit within IE. I have no idea if it will work in/with Visual Studio, but it might be worth a try...
