Hi Sean et Vic, I am using iui 0.31 and I am not using target="_self". I will try using the 0.40dev2 and see if it works. I am sorry, its bit hard to get you a sample as the content management system which I am using has its own tags for working and I have to do a HTML tag transformation to get the samples for you. However, if the issue still persists with 0.40dev2 I will certainly get you the sample code.
