Apple has recently posted a Technical Note TN2262 (http:// developer.apple.com/safari/library/technotes/tn2010/tn2262.html) that describes the steps necessary to develop a Web App that looks good on an iPad. One step is to change the viewport width from <meta name="viewport" content="width=320" /> to <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width" />.
I have done this on my iPhone Web Apps and they work fine. Obviously I have not tried them on an iPad, but I will try on the iPad Simulator shortly. I suspect we will need a number changes in iui to function well on an iPad since there seems to be a lot of CSS fixed positioning in iui. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "iPhoneWebDev" group.
