I have discovered a screen area in mobile safari where you need to
click twice in order to generate 1 touch or click event.

I've put up a simple demo online and you can easily replicate the bug
by the following steps:

1. Go to http://jqtest.heroku.com/ from your iphone or simulator.

2. Add to home screen.

3. Open the webapp and there will be 2 squares.

If you click on the blue square, the touch event fires every single
time.

If you click on the red square, it will fire once and then
subsequently, you'd have to 'double-click' to generate a touch event.

This is not a JQTouch issue, as I've tried it without JQuery/JQTouch
and just plain html/javascript.

This only happens in that small area near the bottom of the screen and
it happens consistently in the simulator and on the phone itself on
all 3.x OS versions.

If this is not already a known issue, where would one report such a
bug?
