Wow, great find Sean! That's a very impressive article -- lots of great
techniques for doing exactly what we'll need to do with the new iPhones,
especially the grand finale (device-pixel-ratio based CSS media attribute).
I'll have to play around with these techniques and see which have been
implemented (lots of changes have probably happened since this 2006
proposal).

In addition, we can use these techniques to make iUI apps look better
(smaller) on desktop displays, which is necessary for desktop apps that are
going for an iPhone/iPad look-and-feel (www.projectrecon.net).

Downloading the SDK is a good idea.  I also would look for an updated doc
from Apple that makes recommendations.  (Be wary of any agreement with Apple
that you might have.)

If any changes need to be made to iUI this will be a high-priority fix.
