Hi Jordan:

I'm not a laywer so have to ask this Q about the "All rights reserved"
clause in your header. I did a quick search and it seems that it may
cause some reusage problems.

that the mere possession of a copy does not give the receiver any
rights to make additional copies, derivatives works, or to further
distribute or perform the works. "

I propose you replace that clause with a recommendation for users of
your code to give you credit just as you requested above.
