Hi Jordan: I'm not a laywer so have to ask this Q about the "All rights reserved" clause in your header. I did a quick search and it seems that it may cause some reusage problems.
>From http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_does_all_rights_reserved_mean "It usually means that the publisher/author wants the viewer to know that the mere possession of a copy does not give the receiver any rights to make additional copies, derivatives works, or to further distribute or perform the works. " I propose you replace that clause with a recommendation for users of your code to give you credit just as you requested above.
