You have to just set thedetectsPhoneNumbers<file:///Library/Developer/Documentation/DocSets/com.apple.adc.documentation.AppleiOS4_3.iOSLibrary.docset/Contents/Resources/Documents/documentation/UIKit/Reference/UIWebView_Class/DeprecationAppendix/AppendixADeprecatedAPI.html#//apple_ref/occ/instp/UIWebView/detectsPhoneNumbers> property to NO. This is a property of UIWebView class. For details you can refer to UIWebView class reference.
