I'm not quite sure what you mean by your question. Why should fixed
elements behave any differently compared to normal elements when zooming?
My guess is that the fixed element stays where it's fixed to (top or
bottom or whereever), and not stay fixed to the zoomed view.

Also exciting that iOS 5 supports the Nitro JS engine. Things should
really speed up now!
Finally I hope they improve some of the application cache manifest
