In order to make theming easier and code cleaner, i've modified both
iUI.css & themes css.
Now there is no color, padding or margin, background, border, ... In
iui.css. More or less only transitions and core design.
All the rest is now in the theme files, where you don't have to put
!important to redefine or look into iui.css if border or color is already
set elsewhere. A "theming guide" is on its way.

This is part of iUI 0.5, since we decide to keep all 0.4x on "old" system
for versions consistancy.
I've done this work in parallel of the website design & code, so
documentation & examples (since I thought both would be released in the
same time).

But any bug or fix you can find in latest 0.4x or in 0.5alpha1 would be
much appreciate! :)
