I apologize for the tardiness of my reply -- I've been on vacation for
the past 2+ weeks without access to email. I've been catching up on the
ipmitool-devel email I missed and it looked like there were some issues
that held up the roll to 1.8.9? Do you have an idea what the
approximate new target date for the version roll might be?
I've been away and/or busy recently as well, but I will try to get the release out soon. I have received a few new bug reports and a couple contributed patches to integrate and test (and a lot of email to get through) before I call it done.
