It now works. 
All my troubles was in the command 
'ipmitool raw 06 0x4c 01 01 02 00 00 00' , which is for user id 1 .
But my user id = 2, and right command for me is:
'ipmitool raw 06 0x4c 01 02 02 00 00 00'
