Yes, KCS interrupt is working OK. It looks like your board BIOS DMI table does not include any IRQ entry for KCS.
Run dmidecode command. You should have a Handle 0x002A (IPMI Device Information). This will give you more information regarding the interface. Does your board IPMC support interrupts?
