It sounds like they didn't populate the SDR repository on the board when 
they had it in the shop. This is just a small database that identifies 
the sensors so that IPMI clients can discover them. A lot of the FRU 
data is certainly missing, too.

You may be able to download a tool to fix this; I know you can on some 
machine I use.
