The ipmitool command provides a way that a user can be enabled or
disabled (with ipmitool user enable N).

I can't find an easy way to see if the user is actually enabled or
disabled.

I was recently debugging a case where I set up a new user but did not
run enable for the user id. Comparing a working configuration with a
non-working one (user list and channel getaccess) produced identical
results. I finally tried 'user enable' and then it worked. The
hardware was a Supermicro X7DBT.

It would be to userful if the state of the user enabled/disabled was
included in the output of the user list command.
