Hi,

I'm trying to set a few thresholds on a Dell PE1950 with ipmitool
(unfortunately, it's not possible to set thresholds with freeipmi).

"sensor list" gives me the following output:
Temp | -59.000 | degrees C | ok | na |
na | na | 85.000 | 90.000 | na
Temp | -58.000 | degrees C | ok | na |
na | na | 85.000 | 90.000 | na
Temp | 40.000 | degrees C | ok | -121.000 |
127.000 | na | na | na | na
Temp | 40.000 | degrees C | ok | -121.000 |
127.000 | na | na | na | na
Ambient Temp | 23.000 | degrees C | ok | na |
3.000 | 8.000 | 42.000 | 45.000 | na

As you can see, I've got 4 sensors related to the CPU-Temperature (I'm
using the first two). But how can I set different Thresholds for both
sensors?
With ipmitool [...] sensor thresh <id> [...], I can specify the sensor
by name only, not by sensor-id. Is it possible?

Best regards,
Gregor
