When the cards stop talking on the network, I usually  can still query
the card locally. I usually do 'ipmitool lan print 1'. Sometimes, I can
do 'ipmitool bmc reset cold' to issue a reset to the card and sometimes
it starts working. Sometimes it doesn't.
