On the back panel there really is one serial
port with RJ-45 slot.

In "port redirection" in BIOS trying to choose Port B:

Inconsistency error.
BMC owns serial port B for EMP.
Console Redirection on serial port B not possible at this time.
====

Changing port in GRUB also gave no result.
