I uploaded an early release of ipmitool 1.8.13 for preliminary testing
to the source forge ipmitool files repository.

The 1.8.13rc0 release includes all the ipmitool CVS repository changes
posted since the 1.8.12 release and prior to Aug 15 2013. If you have
some bandwidth I would appreciate it if you could download this release
and test it out before we cut the final release in early September. If
you find any problems with this release, please create bug reports and
indicate that the issue was found in 1.8.13rc0.
I've attached the ipmitool ChangeLog file for 1.8.13rc0 so you get see
what we have been working on since the 1.8.12 release.
