Hello, up for review is inclusion of interface, called "dummy", for fake-ipmistack project. This interface is meant for testing IPMItool and not for your usual user.
I admit there are some TODOs left and feel free to contribute code in order to fix them. I don't see it as a big deal given the purpose of the interface. I might fix some issues prior to commit, eg. I have generic code to handle short reads/writes done, but I didn't have time to integrate it. Also, I haven't made up my mind on choice between select()/poll()/epoll() and any tips are welcome in this particular area.
