In RFC 2465, the ipv6IfLowerLayer of IPv6IfEntry table
refers to an instance of either ifIndex or ipAdEntAddr.
Is this related to any tunneling of v6-over-v4?
The MIB for v6-over-v4 tunneling, is it defined in any RFC?
Since ipv6RouteTable is not-accessible and does contain
any RowStatus, does it mean that static/manual entries
creation is not possible? If entries are to be created, how to proceed?
