How whould it be explained that IPv6 (from MS) is only a
  TECHNICAL PREVIEW for WINDOWS 2000 ONLY???

Without any (GUI) support for configuration, no support
for dial-up and VPN connections and lack of support for
routing with e.g. RRAS???

With NO SUPPORT I mean, NO official final release of a driver
to support IPv6 for ALL Windows Platforms: Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000...
