                          CALL for PAPERS
                           SPECIAL ISSUE
                       MOBILITY AND INTERNET
                         of RSRCP Journal
             http://www-r2.u-strasbg.fr/rsrcp/mintcfp.html

The RSRCP journal, which is now specialized on thematic issues on
Network and Distributed System is pleased to announce a special issue
on "Mobility and Internet". This special issue is sponsored by IEEE
Distributed Systems and the French IEEE Computer Chapter.

Wireless mobile access to the Internet will add new dimensions to the
way we access information and communicate. Currently, several network
protocols are being studied to maintain communication between a
mobile host and its correspondents during the mobile host's
movements. This special issue is devoted to the presentation of
recent research on network protocols and services for mobile hosts
and wireless communication on the Internet.

We solicit high quality papers reporting original work in theoretical
or experimental research. Topics of interest include, but are not
limited to the following :

- Ad hoc networks
- Cellular IP networks
- Distributed system aspects of mobile systems
- Handoffs in IP networks
- Header compression in wireless networks
- Hierarchical mobility
- IP-based third generation mobile and wireless networks
- Micro-mobility architectures and protocols
- Multicast communications for mobile hosts
- Mobility and IPv6
- Mobile management
- Network protocols for mobile nodes
- QoS in a wireless/mobile environment
- Security and authentication
- Service location in wireless environnement
- Wireless LAN
